May 15th marks the anniversary of the SABO restaurant. To celebrate, Chef Jean-François Piège and his team at the Selman Hotel have created an exceptional menu available on May 14th, 15th, and 16th, and as a surprise, a dish from the Grand Restaurant.

SABO, opening on May 15, 2025, in the heart of the renowned Selman Hotel, is an ode to French cuisine. Beneath a magnificent glass roof, the restaurant offers an elegant, warm, and indulgent dining experience, where the famous Parisian lobster salad, the wood-fired lamb meatball, and the cloud-light mille-feuille are now must-try dishes.
