CLOVER GORDES AND JARDIN TROPEZINA are back for a sunny season

Our restaurants in the South of France are back!

Now a true must-visit destination in the heart of Provence, the Clover Gordes restaurant, located within the magnificent Airelles Gordes luxury hotel, reopened its doors on April 23, 2026, for its 8th season. Once again this year, it offers a host of new dishes.

On the menu : Soupe au Pistou Provençale, basilic givré ; Loup de Méditerranée grillé en aïoli de légumes du Pays ; ou encore les fraises du pays, fromage blanc givré.

Near Saint-Tropez, let yourself be enchanted by a legendary spot, La Messardière, and especially its beach: Jardin Tropezina, a true paradise right on the water where the chef showcases the cuisine of the Riviera! The restaurant recently reopened on April 3, 2026, and features dishes brimming with sunshine and flavor.

On the menu this year, a few new additions: : Thon mariné, jus et zestes de pomelo, huile d'olive ; Ravioli d'un osso buco, jus de cuisson au parfum d'agrumes du pays ; ou encore la fameuse tarte ''Tropiégienne''.
