In a setting designed by Jacques Garcia, the chef celebrates French culinary expertise by pairing it with the richness of Moroccan ingredients, creating an experience that is both indulgent and spectacular.

Tartares prepared at the cart, flambé dishes prepared in the dining room, Ginori tableware, and antique silverware come together to create a lively and refined setting. On the menu, the chef generously reimagines French classics, pairing them with treasures from the Moroccan terroir: Oualidia shrimp flambéed with cognac, coastal oysters, snails in parsley butter, and wood-fired fish.
