Inspired by the sun, the chef offers light and festive dishes, naturally cooked over a wood fire and enhanced with herbs and spices from the Riviera. From appetizers to share to variations on deviled eggs—with anchovies, bottarga, or even salmon and horseradish—this menu also features the catch of the day and cuts of French beef cooked over an open fire; all accompanied by a variety of Mimosa cocktails.
