Opened in 2015 in the heart of Paris’s Golden Triangle, Le Grand Restaurant is a signature dining experience, a laboratory of culinary ideas and creations. Here, Jean-François Piège expresses his convictions - inspired by French gastronomy, proud of its values and heritage - through Le Tour de France des Territoires & Mijotés Modernes, his signature cooking style. An emotion that takes hold from the moment you enter, with this metal lace door depicting a map of Paris, the Chef’s intellectual and intangible homeland. Entering through the kitchen, as if stepping into the cook’s home, guests are greeted by a contemporary setting bathed in light through a glass roof with geometric lines.
