Jean-François Piège continues his journey with Les Airelles group by taking the helm of Jardin Tropezina, one of the restaurants at the stunning Château de la Messardière, nestled in the hills above Saint-Tropez.

Set in an exceptional location on the legendary Pampelonne Beach in Ramatuelle, Jardin Tropezina is the place to be during the summer months.

The chef offers sun-kissed cuisine with a Riviera flair, featuring fresh salads made with seasonal vegetables alongside freshly grilled fish and meat. In this idyllic setting, we’ll find signature dishes such as "Sériole grillée servie glacée, concentré de Kalamansi, piment-basilic", or "Thon rouge de Méditerranée, vinaigre fumé, agrumes". 
For dessert, we can find "Churros, sauce caramel au beurre demi-sel" or "Fruidité de fruits, vinaigrette miel de Provence" and of course many other new creations.
