Clover Grill, the go-to Parisian steakhouse
Opened in 2016 as a restaurant dedicated to grilling, Clover Grill showcases exceptional ingredients—meat, fish, and vegetables—cooked over charcoal or on a spit, establishing itself as a reference steakhouse in Paris. For its decor, Clover Grill has given pride of place to fine materials and vintage pieces, notably including two wooden blocks flanking a meat cabinet specially created for the space. To celebrate its sixth anniversary, Élodie and Jean-François Piège commissioned the artist Matthieu Cossé to capture their vision of gastronomy through a massive mural. Complementing this culinary and artistic experience is a cocktail bar offering a menu of classic recipes and original creations.
