Clover Gordes, a Provençal getaway
Clover Gordes opened its doors in June 2019 at La Bastide de Gordes, a Provençal luxury hotel located in the heart of the Luberon, in collaboration with Les Airelles group. Open from April to October, Clover Gordes represents the synthesis of two identities: the art of charcoal grilling and rotisserie cooking at Clover Grill; and the plant-based cuisine pioneered at Clover Green, which highlights vegetables and seasonal ingredients.
