As the Clover brand’s first international opening, this restaurant boasts a beautiful dining room seating 80 guests, three private dining rooms, and a panoramic terrace overlooking the city and its skyscrapers. In the kitchen, the chef presents a fine-dining menu combining Clover’s signature dishes with iconic creations from Le Grand Restaurant, such as Lucien Tendret’s gâteau de foie blond, carbonara de calmars sauvages, Blanc à Manger, and ananas à la broche.
